Payment Terms
- I agree to provide a valid credit card to pay for the Workshop in full (including all applicable taxes or fees).
- I understand that payment provides me with seven weeks of Workshop access and live support, as well as one year of ongoing access to course materials.
- I understand that live support from Kresser Institute faculty does not continue beyond the end date of the Workshop.
Refund & Transfer Policy
- If I am unhappy with the Workshop for any reason, I can request a full refund within 14 days of the Workshop start date.
- Because of the ability to pace the course to fit any schedule, enrollment in the Workshop is non-transferable. Once enrolled, I will not be permitted to transfer into another Workshop, nor can my spot in the Workshop be transferred to another person.
Affiliate Disclosure
- Products and services recommended in the Workshop are limited to products that Chris uses himself and recommends to his patients. The Workshop course materials may contain affiliate links, which means Chris Kresser LLC may receive a commission on any product or service you purchase using the links provided. You will pay the same price (or lower) for all products and services, and your purchase helps support Chris‘s ongoing research and work.
Workshop Participation Acknowledgment
- I understand that this Workshop is for educational purposes only, and does not substitute for being under the care of a licensed healthcare provider.
- I acknowledge that any education provided by Chris Kresser or any other Workshop faculty member is general guidance based on scientific research and clinical experience, and does not constitute individualized or personalized medical advice.
- I understand that any dietary changes, supplements, or other interventions discussed in the Workshop are not individualized or personalized recommendations, and that I should consult with my healthcare provider before adopting them.
- My participation in the Workshop is not a substitute for any licensing requirements that may be applicable to me and does not independently authorize me to render care, prescribe regimens, or prescribe medications or supplements.
Registration Acknowledgements
- I have read the informational page and have a clear understanding of what the Workshop entails.
- Enrollment in the Workshop is non-refundable after 14 days from the start date.
- Enrollment in the Workshop is non-transferable (i.e., my spot cannot be given to another student, nor can I transfer into another class).
- By enrolling in the Workshop, I acknowledge that I have read and agree to the terms and conditions.
